Nine years ago, I was struggling with debilitating headaches, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, brain fog, and muscle pain. I had seen countless doctors with no end in sight and did not know what was wrong. I had graduated from nursing school and landed my dream job, but could barely walk around my own apartment. After years of being on and off of disability and a trip to Mayo Clinic, I was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), which is a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. I tried many medications and was still not feeling like myself.

I knew something needed to change and sought out my Integrative Nurse Coaching certification through INCA. This program genuinely changed my life and taught me that my health was in my hands and how to help others with the same transformation.  I also started seeing an Integrative Medicine provider and my world turned around. I learned that many of my symptoms were affected by the underlying inflammation in my body and could be helped through supplements, diet and lifestyle changes. Through a lot of hard work and the help of my amazing doctor, I was able to thrive again and live the life I knew I could.

I am passionate about helping others regain their energy and get their lives back. As an Integrative Nurse Coach, I promote wellness and resiliency by guiding clients to deepen the connection to their inner healing resources and their capacity to make meaningful choices and to help establish goals and strategies for healthier lifestyle behaviors.
