A 3-month period is the ideal time to create a new vision for health and well-being, and to prioritize goals and action plans. It also allows opportunities to experience change and learn strategies to sustain and integrate these changes into daily life.
This package will include an initial hour long intake session and follow up sessions of 45 minutes in length via phone or video chat.
Included:
- 60 Minute In depth Intake session
- 6 sessions over 3 months. (Most clients choose two sessions per month and meet every other week. Flexibility to meet your needs is what is important to me!)
- Support via e-mail and text unlimited between sessions
6 month and 12 month packages also available for those eager to make a full commitment to their health and well being!

Single Sessions
Not ready for a three month commitment just yet? That's OK! Feel free to book single sessions as needed or create a custom plan that works for your needs.
